WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:
50 hours of in-studio training with your Lead Trainer, hands-on and immersive
Mastery of a complete reformer and mat repertoire
Deep dive into anatomy: muscles, joints, bones, and movement mechanics
Expert guidance on teaching techniques: flow creation, pacing, musicality, and more
Insider insight into the business of being a Pilates instructor
