Avenir studio

Pilates mat certification

Mat is where the method lives or dies. No springs to hide behind, no carriage to help you fake it. This is where you learn to cue a body using nothing but your voice and your eyes.

The program
125
hours. One certification. Built for the instructor who wants to teach mat like it's the whole method, because it is.

This isn't a weekend workshop. It's a full mat repertoire, real anatomy, and enough supervised practice teaching that you leave ready to run a room, not just survive one.
