STUDIO POLICIES


GENERAL POLICIES

FIRST CLASS
If it’s your first class at Avenir, welcome! Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to find parking, purchase grip socks if needed, and accommodate yourself to our studio.

GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are required for all sessions. If you forget your grip socks, you’ll need to either purchase a new pair or forfeit the class.

LATE ENTRY
Late entries are not allowed after 5 minutes into the scheduled start time for safety purposes. No exceptions.

STREET SWEEPING
At our Silverlake location, street sweeping is every Wednesday & Friday 10a-12p. Please leave extra time to find parking at these times. Late entry is anything after 5 minutes and will not be accepted even during street sweeping times.

WAITLISTS
If you are signed up for the waitlist, consider yourself committed to the class. If a spot opens up and you are added to the class, the credit will be deducted from your account regardless if you “confirmed” via text/email. If there is a possibility you cannot attend, do not sign up for the waitlist.

SALES
All classes & sales are FINAL, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No exceptions.

RESPONSIBILITY
AVENIR is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items in or around the studio. All prices, classes, and instructors are subject to change without notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
AVENIR reserves the right to refuse service to any person due to the inability to follow policies, disruptive behavior, and rudeness to staff.


MEMBER POLICIES

LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW POLICY
$15 Late Cancel fees are charged to clients who cancel their class within 12 hours of their scheduled start time. $20 No Show fees are charged to clients who do not cancel and do not show up for their scheduled class. All Late Cancel and No Show fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

EXTRA MEMBER CLASS
Members who go over their allotted class credits per their billing cycle will automatically be charged a $30 Extra Member Class fee. All unpaid classes will be charged to the credit card on file.

PAUSE POLICY
All members will be able to pause their accounts once per calendar year for up to 30 days consecutively.

CANCEL POLICY
Members who wish to cancel their membership must send in a 14-day notice via email to staff@avenir-la.com. No exceptions.

INITIAL COMMITMENT
All membership tiers have an initial 3-month commitment before automatically going month-to-month via autopay.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
AVENIR reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time due to inability to follow policies, disruptive behavior, and rudeness to staff.


PRIVATE SESSION POLICIES

LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who cancel their session within 24 hours of their scheduled start time or do not show up will have their private session credit deducted from their account.
