Want to learn all about Avenir’s unique and super special teacher training program? We don’t just give you the entire classical repertoire, but all of the evolutions of the exercises as well! We explore cardiovascualr exercises, barre techniques, and myofasicla release as part of the program, no extra cost! Learn how to command the room, plan the most expert of flows, and allow your creativity to soar!
Join us for our TT Info Sesh where we will move our bodies for 20 min with an inspired flow led by your Lead Trainer, followed by 15 min of details, before a 10 min Q&A, where you can get all of your questions answered in real time!
